I will be heading up to Ouray near Telluride for some ice climbing in December. Anyone interested in climbing or skiing let me know. Should be a great time. Ouray is a cool town and there are hot springs - in the city limits!

OK, It's time. There is skiing in Telluride and some of the best (and safest) ice anywhere.

OK,
Here is an image set for Ames Ice Hose. This is an area classic combining thin ice lower with possible rock moves, a narrow section with 1 to 2.5 foot of ice and several rock stemming moves and finally pure vertical 4+ ice for a full pitch. This was an awesome route!
